Hurricane Rafael just East of Bermuda brought some big swell to Cape Hatteras on October 17, 2012. These pictures were taken at S-Turns in Rodanthe. Some of the local boys were taking turns doing some step-offs with the skis.  Photographer: Steve Slaby
