The Nags Head Skate Committee is a group of volunteers set in place to protect the right of having a safe skatepark in the town of Nags Head. Not so sure if having a skatepark in your town would be good thing? Check out 30 reasons why it would here.
“We as the NHSC are here for you and the community Town of Nags Head, NC. To give our youth and skaters a safe place to skate with easy access, also to voice any opinions, input and concerns to the town and other organizations. Feel free to post anything you may have to us we are here to listen and answer any questions for you the best we can. We have one mission and one mission only “Put the Skatepark back in the hands of the skaters and community” with it being functional and safe for skaters of every skill level, Rather its at the Y or a New skatepark by The Parks and Rec like we see working so well in neighboring communities Like Manteo, Kill Devil Hills, kitty Hawk and Currituck. Thanks to Everyone who’s helped so far and stepped up to volunteer there time, Keep the Stoke Going!!” – NHSC member, Jeff Jackson
