Emily is Down But Not Out For the Count
According to NOAA this morning, Emily has been downgraded from a Tropical Storm to a bunch of clouds and lightning – located from Eastern Cuba Northeastward across the Southeastern Bahamas. Although Emily is disorganized at the moment, there’s still hope for this storm to develop on Saturday. The “glass is a little more than half full” with a whopping 60 percent chance of regenerating into a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
